Chicago Loop: The Chicago Athletic Club is hosting a Wellbeing Workshop: Inner Workout on Saturday January 25 at 10 am. This workshop transcends the trend of self-care and teaches you skills you can build on. Inner Workout translates ancient philosophies into a modern self-care practice. You’ll engage in 60 minutes of gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and journaling led by the founder of Inner Workout, Taylor Morrison.
