This event benefits Reach Out and Read Illinois an early literacy organization that prepares America’s youngest children to read by partnering with doctors to prescribe books and encourage families to read together. The Third Annual Square Roots Festival features over 70 different music acts and dance performances both inside and outside in Lincoln Square. There will be four stages featuring activities for children and for the adults over 30 different craft beer makers! Proceeds benefit the Old Town School of Music and Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.
