TECHNOLOGY TIPS – NEW GOOGLE CHROME 32 BETA

Google has announced the new Chrome 32 Beta with several enhancements and improvements that many people will be excited to experience.

First you will find an indicator by the "x" on a tab that lets you know if audio is being played the webcam is being used or streaming is being used on your TV. If you’ve ever had several tabs open and just want the sound to stop this is a great addition.

Second Chrome has been improved with better Windows 8 interaction. If you use a Chromebook the look of "Metro" will look familiar to you. With the Windows 8 "Metro" mode you can manage multiple pages with the integrated app launcher.

Finally Chrome will now scan all sites for malware. Chrome already comes with safe browsing but this extra level of security will further protect you from questionable sites corrupting your computer.
