NAPERVILLE

Chelsea Clinton daughter of 2016 presidential candidate hopeful Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton the 42nd President is making headlines of her own with the publication and tour of her first book "It’s Your World – Get Informed Get Inspired and Get Going!" She began her national book tour at Jefferson Middle School (1525 N. Loomis St) yesterday Wednesday 9/16 and was greeted by 5 students who won an essay contest to be allowed the honor of escorting her during her visit. Clinton wrote the book targeting 10 to 14 year olds to inspire the younger generations to realize that they can take an active stand in changing the world around them despite their age. She spent about an hour at the school which included a 15 minute speech in the auditorium choosing to speak from the floor rather than on the stage. Read Chicago Tribune’s enlightening interview with Clinton here.
