TECHNOLOGY TIPS – TASTE OF CHICAGO TICKETS AND EVENTS

I have a little secret to share. I’m a closet foodie and am extremely excited about this year’s Taste of Chicago. We all know that The Taste as we Chicagoans call it is filled with wonderful food. This year though you can get tickets to taste the amazing food of local celebrity chefs.

The evening with Art Smith is already sold out so be sure to get your tickets for other evenings soon. Thursday’s dinner is sure to be an exciting time. Chef Andrew Zimmerman of Sepia will be hosting The Dinner Party. It is going to be an interactive dinner where host Elysabeth Alfano invites 3 national or Chicago celebs and those in attendance or streaming live can tweet in their questions to be part of conversation. Those who have tweets read during the show are eligible for gifts. This is sure to be a hit of the festival.

With all the food people will be eating it’s also a good time to get in your exercise. Since this is Chicago Bike Week now is a good time to get your body ready for the feeding frenzy of The Taste. Bike Week started this past Friday and continues through this Friday June 20. Enjoy all the fun events planned downtown and with local vendors. On Tuesday ride with Goose Island to see RUSHMORE in Millennium Park. Don’t forget to start checking out Movies in the Parks if you haven’t already!
