Some oldies but goodies you might enjoy are these classics –

In Tom Creamer’s stage adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic tale about the true meaning of Christmas the part of Scrooge goes to Chicago actor John Judd.

It’s A Wonderful Life: The Radio Play

Miracle on 34th Street
– Stage 773 1225 W. Belmont Avenue (Lakeview)

A new musical adaptation based on George Seaton’s classic film about a white-bearded gentleman who claims that he’s Santa Claus sparks some much needed renewed hope in the lives of a cynical single mother her somber daughter and other New Yorkers.

Or the following comedic adaptations might help relieve some of the stress of the Holidays –

A Klingon Christmas Carol

Dickens meets Spock in this classic fable about Ebenezer Scrooge and the meaning of Christmas which is performed in the Klingon language of "Star Trek!"

A "more-or-less devoted" family celebrates the holidays in this bluegrass musical.
