The old Chicago post office building was bid on and entered into earnest over the past 30 days with winning bidder Bill Davies.

The word on the street is that Davies is looking to possibly get out of the current contract and utilize the 10-day "cure period" when he may try to purchase the property at a much lower cost.

Laughter is the best medicine is soemthing that’s been said many times over.

Using improv to share their wit and wisdom TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi host the TJ and Dave show at iO’s Caberet Theater. They "claim" not to know what’s going to happen until they walk onstage.
