COMING TO CHICAGO – FATBURGER!

COMING TO CHICAGO – FATBURGER!

ICONIC WEST COAST HAMBURGER STAND TO OPEN UP ORLAND PARK IL LOCATION – OTHER CHICAGO AREA LOCATIONS TO FOLLOW!

Fatburger Restaurant Los Angeles CA - Courtesy: Minnaert Wikipedia.comIf you’ve traveled to the West Coast you may know that region has some iconic hamburger restaurants – a few of which haven’t made it east of the Mississippi River yet. In & Out Burger – a California Legend with great burgers served 1950’s style. Jack in the Box – it couldn’t hold its own in the Midwest so it left Chicago in the late 1970’s.

And Fatburger – "The Last Great Hamburger Stand" as it bills itself.

Singer and musician Kanye West and his company – KW Foods LLC – has been licensed to open 10 Fatburger stores in the Chicago Metro Area. The first will be in the Chicago Suburb of Orland Park IL opening by the end of September at 15110 S. LaGrange Road in the suburb. A second will open this January in the Beverly Neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Info on additional stores to follow.

The menu? Ultra-juicy and very tasty 1/3 and 1/2 pounds of the finest leanest USDA Beef. Tasty French Fries. Hand-scooped shakes and malts. And a real gone 50’s rock and roll setting – complete with appropriate music old and new.

The burger chain started in Los Angeles in 1952 and now sports locations across the country – still in heaviest concentration in the Pacific Time Zone however.

Gird up Chicagoans – these burgers are GOOD!

And hey with Fatburger coming to town – can the famous In & Out chain be very far behind (no plans for that LA Hamburger Icon coming to Chicago – yet!)
