TECHNOLOGY TIPS – PAY IT FORWARD WITH SNEAKY CARDS

You may have heard of the movie called Pay It Forward with Kevin Spacey Helen Hunt and Hale Joel Osment. The premise of the movie is to make the world a better place by doing a good deed for three other people with the expectation that each one of those individuals will also do the same. The idea is that a global movement will happen by people simply performing an act of kindness.

This movie is the inspiration for a game from Sneaky Cards. The card game is designed to make yourself more adventurous while also going on what is considered an interactive scavenger hunt. It’s especially fun because it is a solo card game which challenges you personally to get out of your comfort zone. It’s recommended for people aged 12 and up because of the interaction that would be required with strangers.

If you want to test drive the game you can print out a free version. You’ll have to cut the cards by hand but it’s so cool. Once you have your cards pick one mission to accomplish for that particular day. A sample card includes Play the World’s Largest Game of Tag. You tap someone on the shoulder and tell them they’re "It!" Then you hand them the card with no tag backs.

The beauty of the purchased game is that you can follow your your cards wherever they go throughout the world.
